What you'll need to apply
- Full name and the city where you practice
- At least one professional certification (e.g. IAT, WTS, board-certified dermatology, licensed cosmetologist with trichology training)
- A short bio describing your practice and approach
- A professional headshot (we'll request it during verification if you don't have one ready)
- Your specialties and the languages you speak with patients
